"Ich bin wirklich hin und her gerissen. Also… tolle Lage am Wald und See, großzügiges Zimmer und Bett. Frühstück und Abendessen am besten als Halbpension buchen, denn a la carte nur bis 18Uhr und danach Buffet für 38€/P. Dafür Essen super!!! Hundehaare überall im Zimmer. Es schockiert mich, dass das Housekeeping das nicht selbst gesehen hat und wir sie 3x rufen mussten (1x wurden wir vergessen) und außer ein Entschuldigung Nix!!!! Traurig. "It's the only hotel normally available on Expedia in Eberswalde. It's clean, the rooms are good, there is no reception but we are immediately informed about that. In my several stays lasting more than 2 days, the problem was that the rooms are NEVER made up during the stay. At the point that twice I had to go to the local Rossman to buy soap and toilet paper. During my last stay, I had even put their new fancy "Time to refresh" mark over the handle door, it was 8am, someone was cleaning up the neighboring room... but when I was back around 5pm, the room had not been visited. Since there is no reception, I tried to go to the bar/breakfast room downstairs, but it was locked... Rossman saved me again, but that's not the way it should be!"

"We had a lovely stay in this quaint and quiet hotel located in a small town… The owner, Christian and his family went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. The breakfast was tasty and convenient. The owner also cooked us some incredibly delicious homemade meals by request. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet place to rest…."
